Age: Any person with Early Onset of an illness including Psychosis (can be child, adolescent or young adult) Geography: Community Based Services throughout the Department of Mental Health’s Northeast Area of Massachusetts
Diagnosis: Any diagnosis with features of psychosis that have begun in the last 3 years, or identified risk factors for psychosis

**Referrals must come from the Department of Mental Health; however, please call for more information if you think you may qualify and/or need this service.


Diagnostic services:
Biopsychosocial Assessment Psychiatric assessment (offered through our outpatient department) Neuropsychological assessment (offered through our outpatient department)

Treatment services:
Psychopharmacology (through outpatient) Individual therapy Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Psychosis Individual Resiliency Treatment Family Based Treatment Outreach sessions in home, school, work or other settings Parent Support Psychoeducation for Young Adults and their Families Supported Education and Employment Services Young Adult Peer Mentoring Small Group Social Activities in the community Hearing Voices Support Groups Connection to local Drop-In Centers Second Opinion service (secondary consultation with multidisciplinary team)
