The Prevention and Recovery in Early Psychosis (PREP®) program began in 2003 as an intensive service dedicated to helping clients get “back on track” with relationships, school, and career goals. In addition to individualized therapy and medication, PREP® clients typically attend groups two days per week and get to know one another throughout the day in a milieu setting. Parents and other family members remain involved through a multi-family group were they receive support and problem-solving skills.


Age: 16-30 years old, although individuals over 30 are encouraged to apply for special consideration.
Diagnosis: Developed a psychotic illness within the past 5 years.
