Submit an Abstract

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2025 Mass-STEP conference! This year’s meeting will feature an in-person poster session at the Bentley University Conference Center on November 3, 2025, followed by a Community Spotlight in which selected presenters will provide a 10-minute summary and Q&A for their project on the main stage. Anyone who lives, works, or studies in Massachusetts is eligible to submit an abstract on a project related to psychosis. Abstracts can be up to 300 words (not including title and authors) and should include the following headings: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions. A sample abstract is included below.

The submission portal is now closed. If you have requested an extension, please email a PDF of your abstract to Iqra Imam at iimam@bidmc.harvard.edu with the following information:

  1. Author name(s) & affiliation(s)

  2. Would you like this presentation to be considered for the Community Spotlight?

  3. Will at least one of the authors listed be available to present in-person at Bentley University on November 3, 2025?

All presenters will be notified of acceptance by September 12, 2025. First- and second-place awards will be presented in-person following the Community Spotlight, with a value of $200 and $100 respectively. Questions about your submission can be sent to Iqra Imam at iimam@bidmc.harvard.edu.
