Our Programs
M3P is a statewide network of specialized programs that work together to support youth and young adults at risk for psychosis. While each program is based in a local community, all M3P programs are part of a closely connected consortium that shares the same commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care. Programs collaborate regularly, receive shared training and consultation, and use similar approaches to assessment and treatment to ensure consistency across the network.
To help families navigate this system, the Massachusetts Psychosis Access and Triage Hub (M-PATH) serves as the primary point of contact for referrals and consultation. The M-PATH team works with individuals, families, and providers to determine which program is the best fit based on needs, location, and availability—and helps connect you to care as quickly as possible.
This coordinated approach allows individuals and families to access care as close to home as possible, with the confidence that services across M3P programs reflect the same level of expertise, coordination, and support. If needs change over time, programs work together to ensure smooth transitions and access to the right level of care.
